2021-2022 Calendar
The 2021-2022 LearningwithOutdoors Calendar is the gift that keeps on giving!
Every month celebrates the outdoors and kindness towards others and our world. Each month has specific days marked for celebration like ‘Solar Appreciation Day’, ‘Take a Hike Day’, or ‘World Bee Day’. Some of the days will be easy to understand and celebrate, but other days will be a wonderful learning opportunity to learn about the world!
Each month also has a fun checklist of things to do that pertain to special days in that month, or just fun activities to get children outdoors and caring for their world and others. Next to the checklist is a space for children to add drawings or photographs of their month!
Help children become more aware of the world around them, while also giving them fun ideas to keep their hearts full, their minds learning, and their bodies busy each month!
How to use the 2021-2022 Calendar:
We recommend assembling your calendar by printing, then aligning the black dots and either stapling or hole punching & adding rings or ribbon. Then choose a place to hang your calendar WITH your children. Be sure to choose a place that is at your children’s eye-level so they can take an active role in the fun!
We recommend celebrating the days with your children, it can be a fun learning experience for everyone!
We recommend adding pictures at the end of each month and at the end of the year reflecting back on the whole calendar with your children.
We recommend using the QR code at the top right of each calendar page when you are looking for new fun outdoor learning activities to do with you children!
